2007 Tokyo Designers Week

Congratulations to Studio22!!! Their works was selected in the 2007 Tokyo Designers Week and sell on line now.

Two of my friends, yiting cheng & sean yu, they hold a studio in Taipei which is focus on the design by the common material - "concrete." What surprise to people is they made it into "Rings." However, this special combination keeps catching our attentions. "Structure, Roughness, and Youth" are what I can feel about. They come from the possibililties of concrete and also touch a little bit Dr. Martens' spirit I think.

I do believe they are giving this old material a new life.
