淺談設計操作的原創與抄襲

原創還抄襲!?朋友最新的一篇文，因為被天外飛來一筆的指控作品抄襲，所以做了回應。這種議題幾乎天天在發生，不過去指控原創性極高的Mina讓我感到意外及有趣。以下是個人對此議題的留言，有興趣請先參考原PO文。Mina別生氣，這位留言的人士太衝動了（我相信一定是位年輕有抱負的初生之犢），看到Mina把作品來龍去脈的仔細說明，想必一定已經吞了不少***了，（這位留言人士理該過來道歉）。我想「概念的原創」這種議題在設計領域內人士的討論會比較成熟，若一般人來看並隨意評論將會容易移花接木、搬弄是非、牛頭不對馬嘴。在設計創作中，因為概念與視覺化基本上是被分開拿出來操作的（就像Mina整篇在講的形與意），也因此一般人比較容易(甚至說理所當然)會注意形，也就是感官上比較直接的媒介、視覺化的結果，來與自身的文化產生共鳴或者想法，就像這位留言者只注意到Mina跟Hussein halayan作品的形，

設計師週除了交流還是交流

2008新一代設計展 - 在被夜市文化同化的展覽空間中我的參展經驗

今年會參加新一代設計展，是因為與台中的製造廠商投入研究兩年左右的新產品開發，以廠商的立場參展作行銷與發表。以廠商來說，能夠吸引更多的貿易商、通路商來接洽產品販售業務是第一要務，第二就是推廣設計並希冀與更多設計師接洽；而我代表設計師的立場，除了希望能夠替廠商找到更多的銷售平台，同時也希望能夠有更多在不同領域上的相互激盪與合作機會，然而整個展下來，商業上的結果算是非常正面的，設計上的激盪卻較為空洞，唯一與我有交流的就是西屹設計團隊創意總監王士俊先生，他不吝嗇的給予我許多產品行銷的意見之外，同時也分享他看到monster bag的感受，並提到「所有人對提東西的共同回憶」是我可以參考的意象，頓時受益良多。另外整個展比較成功的算是我在空間上的視覺規劃，連在場的工讀生都主動告訴我空間是最吸引人來參觀的部份，這讓我非常欣慰，因為空間上在顏色、對比、比例、展示等細節，都經過我不斷的模擬與修正；另依方面，

Inko with the motif of plums, also from Shoyeido from PingMag. from PingMag這篇pingmag文章非常有意思的介紹了在日本的香的設計，其實亞洲香的文化跟宗教是共生的，在台灣若信佛道教的人們從小就接觸拜拜用的香，容器的形式上延襲著廟宇「鼎」的形式，若家中有供奉神明的神位，那依定對香的味道非常熟悉。當然日本也就有瘋狂的產品設計，電子線香這種文化產品跑出來。若談起一般家用的香味產品，在台灣似乎去夜市一趟就可以看出端倪，香精油應該是滿普遍的，而用芳香劑的應該也不在少數（家庭用品大賣場都有），偏歐美用蠟燭的也一定很多，我自己就被影響，現在都比較愛用蠟燭。其實這幾種香的使用過程算是各有不同，當然就牽涉到產品本身形的設計，甚至材質的選擇，像檀香、印度香等用燒的，可以直接看到煙在空氣中飄，對我來說都帶有強烈的宗教與風土民情在裡面

電子產品工程細節- 親愛的我把螺絲變不見了

frogBlog新的一篇小文章提到了對於gadget products的細微觀察，其實近年來產品在造形上的的確似乎應「觀眾」要求而將像螺絲這樣看起來粗糙的產品工程細節變不見了，從ipod身上可以清楚看到，然而Adam Richardson提到的從"Fix it to junk it"我倒是持中立的意見，因為我相信有很多人該有一種經驗，就是你試圖的去打開產品了解內部的問題，結果卻越搞越糟，甚至產品裝不回去，也就是說，這樣的機制應該建立在產品內部也有被思考過「被一般消費者打開」的過程，其實我認為這是一個非常好的提問點，對於設計師或工程師而言，應該要注意到產品能主動或被動的反應產品週期維修問題是一個未來重要的問題，這其實是透過最近普遍對sustainablity的議題才被重視，但其實並不是新的問題。我認為現在不但需要將產品在發生「危機(故障、意外、破壞)」的狀況做可能的設計，

盜版是自我的隱形殺手

Copy to rich your life or kill your own mind 盜版的效益大概是我們台灣人很能夠體會的一種賺錢模式，不論各大夜市、東區、西門町只要是能夠有販賣行為的，大多看得到盜版的東西在流通，但這著實跟我的思考邏輯產生很大的衝突,當你活在一個不需費心思思考所受訊息的來源的環境中，這中間真的只剩下＂錢＂的交流,這是多麼無趣的一個生活模式，也許這番話抹煞了許多為了存活下去而生存的小販，但我還是認為完全不經思考直接仿冒的商品流通行為，本質上就是抹煞人生存價值的動力，寧可追求金錢的短暫滿足卻放棄了自我心靈的完整。其實任何的創造過程到結果都可說是非原創的，人透過收集到的概念再不斷衍生、共生、分裂、融合等等交織出下依個結果，跟完全的仿冒差別其實只是在你"自我的參與"，這也是最重要的一部份，因為這部份會讓自己在思考上成長、產生與別人交流的機會、留下自我的痕跡。

杜海濱傘一個站在真實旁觀者的視角，對這片海棠葉承受碩大的經濟雨滴後的震盪，做了一些紀錄，而豐沛的觀點自然隨著影片會沉重的產出，這是眾所皆知的資本主義，造成工商農民兵各階層不同的生活百態所衍生出來的議題，作為一個設計師，這更是嚴肅的道德挑戰，有誰能夠在學習工業設計技巧的同時，能敏感的對社會階級民生變遷做出相對的回應，而非一味的跟隨商業腳步與追求美，當然我認為設計教育跟一個國家在產學官的三角關係上，有直接的影響，經歷美國頂尖級企業導向的Art Center學院教育，以及台灣模糊不清半吊子的設計教育後，對太多議題的好奇與不足產生了我在道德上的責任矛盾感與專業上未來的不確定感，好像是刻意安排般的奇遇，讓我沉寂了好一陣子，一度不想拾起我已經擁有的設計專業,因為身處在台灣，目前我的力量找不到平衡點，然而這還不構成打倒我理念的力量，試著去接觸更多創作者的立場、以及全球性的議題｛Global

Diamonds Are Forever靜不下來，不是因為無所適從，反而是一件件事情的接踵而至，讓我倍感期待。說也奇怪，好像只有回到寢室，打開門聞到微微撲鼻而來的Peach蠟燭香味，腦袋的細胞才開始不再你爭我奪，而且還很有禮貌的先禮後兵呢！呵呵，一直一來都認為自己是個極愛挑戰現實的浪漫主義者，也因此生在這個以辛苦汗水打拼出來的美麗島，好像總有那麼點憤世嫉俗。『設計師』，在這個地方，其實只是個假象，台灣人的眼裡，設計師就好像是在跑馬燈車上作秀的脫衣舞孃，給大家看點甜頭，收了工資後你一文不值；有趣的是，我的經歷，卻開始讓我遊走在這價值觀的邊緣，有錢沒錢的，都想扒光我的皮，看看在這夜郎國度裡的稀有動物能表演什麼。可惜我沒那麼膚淺，從小以來的人生觀，驅動著我看待機會的發條，只有觸動到我內心深處之時，才會有全力以赴的誠懇；但我也沒那麼聰明，面對這個世界，我還是小孩子，希望抱持著一份簡單，
